Hey there! I'm the face behind Everything Ceremonies by Rose, and a marriage celebrant based right here in Geelong.

I’m often told I have a calm, warm, and easy-going presence, and that’s exactly what I bring to every ceremony. I’m not someone who tries to be over-the-top or perform; what you see is what you get. I simply aim to create a relaxed, genuine atmosphere where you can feel comfortable, present, and completely yourselves.

 Every couple is different, and your ceremony should totally reflect that. Whether you’re planning something intimate and simple or a huge celebration, I’ll work with you to create something that feels natural, meaningful, and true to who you are.

I’ll walk you through everything, step by step, keeping things easy and stress-free, while making sure everything runs smoothly on the day. From legals-only ceremonies to fully personalised weddings, my focus is always the same, to create a moment that feels right for you.

Based in Geelong, I work with couples across Geelong and surrounding areas, and honestly, the best part of my "job"? I get a front row seat on the happiest day of a couple's life. Every smile, every tear, and those sweet little looks they share just totally warms my heart. I will never tire of that feeling!

Outside of celebrant life

I’ve been happily married for 34 years and blessed with two amazing children and three precious grandchildren (with one on the way!) I must also give a special shoutout to my very cute, much loved pooch Fletcher, who certainly deserves his own moment in the spotlight! 🐕

Before becoming a Celebrant, I spent nearly 20 years in Early Childhood education. I truly enjoyed my time there and connected with many wonderful children and families, but despite this meaningful work, I never felt completely fulfilled. In 2022 I took a leap of faith and decided to become a marriage celebrant and honestly, I have never looked back! Being a Celebrant fills my heart with so much joy, and I could never think of this as a "job".

Family and friends are my whole world, and I cherish spending quality time with them, sharing laughter, eating out, and simply enjoying life together. Spring afternoons are definitely my favourite; I love soaking up the sun while getting lost in a good book whenever I can, and walking and exercise does wonders to clear my mind! I also enjoy experimenting in the kitchen with new recipes, and luckily my husband is always more than willing to be my taste tester!
