Here’s a closer look at what’s included.

Discover everything included in my packages and the dedicated support I provide to make your day truly unforgettable. From our first "hello" to your first steps back down the aisle as a married couple, I've got you. Because contrary to popular belief, celebrants do far more than just show up on the day.  I’m here to bring your dream ceremony to life, EVERY step of the way. Beyond the standard inclusions, I invest countless hours, pouring my heart and love into every ceremony, to make sure your day is everything you dreamed of.

Pa system & music

Enhance your ceremony with my Bose PA system and background music, creating the perfect ambiance for your special day. The system includes a microphone and is available with both the Short and Sweet and Bells and Whistles packages. Choose your favorite music or songs to welcome your guests as they arrive (minimum 30minutes) or select from my carefully curated list of wedding-appropriate tracks. All music is seamlessly played via Bluetooth directly from my Spotify playlist.

* Please note, you will need to source your own responsible person to control your actual ceremony music for key moments such as bridal entrance, signing  etc. Of course they are welcome to use my PA system to easily connect via Bluetooth. My main focus is on you, the couple, so by having someone else handle the music I can dedicate my complete attention to you and the proceedings, ensuring everything runs perfectly.

Legal paperwork

All essential legal documentation will be meticulously prepared and promptly submitted to Births, Deaths, and Marriages (BDM), ensuring your marriage fully complies with legal requirements. While celebrants have up to 14 days after your ceremony to lodge the paperwork, I prioritize fast and efficient service by submitting it, in most cases, on the same day or no later than the following day. I will also order your Official Marriage Certificate if you have requested one. Once submitted, I will forward you the confirmation email from BDM, which includes a reference number. This number can be useful in the rare event that you need to follow up on your marriage certificate. In Victoria, the registration process is typically completed within 2 to 4 weeks.

Commemorative certificate

Celebrate and cherish your special day with a commemorative certificate. While this document serves as a legal proof of marriage, please note it cannot be used for legally changing your name. To do so, you'll need the Official Marriage Certificate from Births, Deaths, and Marriages. I can assist in ordering this for you at an additional cost of $70 with any package. Rehearsal (included in Short and Sweet and Bells and Whistles Packages)

Planning a wedding involves juggling countless details, and often the wedding rehearsal is overlooked. However, it’s crucial for ensuring your big day runs smoothly.

For instance, the ring exchange seems simple, but when nerves kick in and hands start shaking, it can become tricky. I've seen couples struggle with rings, wishing they had practiced.

Even if you feel composed, the wedding day can bring surprises.

Practicing the ceremony helps everyone, including you, your bridal party, and your celebrant, feel prepared and confident. It’s an opportunity to finalize timing, positions, and flow, minimizing surprises on the big day. Moreover, rehearsals allow everyone to unwind and enjoy themselves before THE DAY! Whether you seek peace of mind or want to refine details, a wedding rehearsal is an essential way to ensure a seamless ceremony.

Who Should Attend?

The couple

The bridal party

Family members, parents participating in the processional

Anyone with a ceremonial role (e.g., ring bearer, reader)

*To maintain clarity and focus during rehearsals, I strongly advise against bringing extra guests unless absolutely necessary. Too many voices can lead to confusion with various opinions and suggestions. It's best to only include those directly involved in your ceremony.

Early arrival & setup

I’ll arrive at your ceremony location at least 45 minutes early to ensure everything is perfectly prepared. From setting up the PA system and signing station, to warmly welcoming your guests, I’ll take care of all the details so you can fully relax and enjoy the moment. To create the perfect atmosphere, I’ll also provide elegant background music as your guests arrive. Beyond logistics, I’ll be there to ease nerves, coordinate with vendors, guide you and your bridal party cheer you on and maybe even shed a proud tear as you say your heartfelt “I do’s.”

Communication is key..

I’m committed to providing unlimited communication and dedicated support to all my couples. Whether you call, email, or message with a question, you can count on a prompt response, typically within 2 hours (and often even sooner), but always within 24 hours at the latest. Your wedding is one of the most important days of your life, and planning it should feel exciting, not overwhelming.  Worried your question might seem silly? Don’t be, there’s no such thing as a silly question!  Ask freely, and I’ll make sure you get the answers you need. Want to schedule extra meetings? Just let me know, and we can make it happen.
